Even if you call PHD seems to ignore requests for more detailed specs. No idea why they want to be so cagey given their market for this product. An educated guess given their temp rating would be ~4oz max though. Depends on how dense the baffles feel and look.

My EB Downlight 50 with 10D shell had 4oz of FP950 and weighed 10oz. in an XL but also had a full zip with zippered handpockets that doubled as a stuff sack. And a similar spec'd RAB Continuum is ~11oz with 4oz of FP850.

But this PHD jacket uses a heavier coated ~20D shell and 10D inner which probably negates the weight savings of a half zip and pass thru hand pocket. Anyway, the pics of it in use don't give the impression the baffles are chocked full like my EB Downlight 50 or the RAB Continuum.

PHD only give their fill weights for sleeping bags, it used to be possible to reverse
engineer their garments and get a fill weight by using their make your Design your own garment tool.

Thanks. Baffles are definitely full and it seems like 20D or 30D fabric. Seems more like 3oz, but it's 1000 down, so not sure.

I agree that it is a bit unusual that PHD does not give fill weights on their down garments. I specifically asked about fill weights when considering one of their jackets, and never succeeded in getting this info. They market by temp rating. It does not seem right if a consumer is asking for this info that it is not given. You know for sure they buy their down by a given weight, and fill their jackets by weight, so why not give it to us, the end user? I settled for a Mountain Equipment jacket instead, and am just happy with it.
