Yes, it is a sales pitch, but it satisfies the BPL criteria for acceptance here:
* It is posted in the Gear Deals forum, which was created for this purpose
* The items are relevant to the needs of BPL members
* A Deal is offered with the posting for each item.

Whether the Deal offered is the cheapest on the web – that is not critical. It is assumed that members are capable of using the web to determine that for themselves. As Eric mentioned, a previous offer on the BNRS-3000T stove has been very well received by BPL members.

A review of the Sport3 headlamp should be published soon – maybe 20-May.

However, if you see a posting here which you think does not meet the above criteria, please use the Report button and I will check it over. Yes, a couple of would-be vendors have been declined (or banned) in the past. Including, dare i mention it, a few shoe spammers …

Just goes to show that a deal isn't always a deal. It really doesn't matter. Just another advertisment. The lamp is cheaper on ebay along with numerous others. Maybe a few of them can be reviewed. They're probably all just as good, but one might stand out.

You are right. For 2 bucks more I can get 4 extra sets of high quality lenses. I mean 8 pieces of colored plastic. This stuff always ends up in the trash can. How about some real deals?
I have bought stuff from Gearbest. I bought a battery phone charger that appears to be of good quality and was at a good price. The phones appear to be decent quality as well.

While your products may be cheap, I still hesitate to call them deals. I don't know the difference between your headlights and the cheaper ones I found online. walmart may as well be posting weekly ads here. Regardless, it's not my call, not my argument, and really easy enough to ignore.
l wish you luck. As far as products, this is Backpacking LIGHT. I doubt many are going to carry atound 5 lenses. The headlamp may fit in. Apparently the little stove hit the mark. I saw some lightweight sleeping bags you had that may hold some merit.
The reason I bought the phone charger is that it was a product that was unique to China. Regardless of where I bought one, or the name, it would have been a Chinese product. I try to support the cottage industries, especially the local ones. There are no cottage industries that make phone chargers. They import them, then mark them up. I'd rather give you the money.
Buy yourself a light pack. Take some trips. You'll have a lot of fun. It will give you some insight. You'll have a lot of fun anyway.

The phone charger isn't really a BPL item IMO. I personally hesitate to help promote other products I haven't used or probably wouldn't use. Reviews would help a lot. Perhaps somebody here can review some of your other products. PIF a couple items on the board for examination. If they pass the muster, we will find you.
