Spring is finally here in Maine! If anyone is interested in hiking in Maine or the immediate vicinity the time is nigh and I'd love to have company for all or part of a trip. I do some hiking at least once a month, regardless of the weather, usually over the weekend or a weekend extended by a vacation day or two. Fishing is reasonably good now and the water is high on lots of streams that are not normally navigable making them at least temporarily accessible by kayak and canoe. Trips over water are not my specialty but I do have a new kayak and I'll try anything once.
