Nice work by Brian but he is incorrect on page 10 where he says, "There are, however, no extended testing methods or data available for the performance of coated textiles past the point of permeation."

The data and methods may not have been available to Brian but, Roger Caffin has been doing this type of testing for years. He shared his data with me and others prior to Brian's paper being published in 2014.

Artificial aging can be achieved by abrasion, or more commonly for shelters, by wet-flex testing. If abrasion was the only viable aging test, Cuben would not fair well.

He didn't do much of a web search for data, did he?
Oh well, it's only a Master's Thesis. I'll read it when I have time.

Cheers
