I've been looking for a Summer bag, something rated at about 50 degrees, and I don't want a quilt. Weight is of the utmost importance. With this in mind I've narrowed it down to a ZPacks 40 degree Long/Wide with one oz underfill (12.6 oz total weight) and the Yeti Passion 1 (11.2 oz total for size L. 4.4 oz high quality 900 Polish goose down 97/3). It's German made and the only place I see them for sale is on the UK sites. The shell material is called "Toray Lighty Gram, 25gm/m sq or about .8 oz/sq yd. Price is about the same as ZPacks.

I'm sure virtually no one here in the states has seen one of these, but perhaps a few Europeans have. My main concern is about the shoulder width (Size L). Yeti's website lists the shoulder width as 83 cm (32.6"). I guess that would equate to a 63" shoulder girth. I'm 5' 10" 200, but I wear sixe XL shirts. I just want too make sure the Yeti is roomy enough.

Anyone out there have any experience with the Passion 1 (Size L)?
