I have seen more people on this forum talking about Momentuum than anywhere else. I know it is not better than eVent but it seems to be better than Epic. Why is that? Is it more breathable? I see that some people have made bivies out of it rathenr than Epic. Is it better for clothes also? Thanks.

Momentum, eVent, and Epic are all very different fabrics and cannot be used interchangably. Take a look at this page on the MLD website it does a good job of explaining the differences of the fabrics.
