^^^

"An application lasts about a week and washes off without damaging the material."

For solid objects I begged some of the reflective "sand" used in road striping. I use Krylon Clear then sprinkle, blow, dust, the wet surface. Things show up when light hits them. It lasts a long time, depending on the the amount of abrasion it sees.

Most major paint brands make reflective paints, in both brush and spray form. I have also seen luminescent AND reflective in one before, I think Valspar had that one.

I have also had excellent luck with chrome/silver "ink dust" additives from the Art supply. I was screen printing a shirt and then I would dump the dust across the print while it was wet, tipping it, and tapping the platen to knock the excess off. The bottles of additive were like $2 and I did over 50 shirts and still have quite a bit of dust left over. I had contemplated buying the reflective dust off Ebay prior to finding this, but the supply house was cheaper and way more convenient. I wish 3M sold their dust loose for a fair price, the 3M ink is ungodly expensive!

Oh Amazon. How we hate thee.

Such ruthless ba*stards in business. Such ease of access, low prices and quick delivery.

Moral quandary is me.

PS: I got mine at Lowes :)
