I haven't been receiving PMs. I checked my email address in my profile and it is correct. Nothing in my spam folder. Any ideas?

Edit: I'll be gone for the day, so will continue this later. In the meantime, edit your email address to anything different, save, then change it back to your valid address, just to be sure there isn't a "hidden" typo somewhere.
Mar 30, 2015 at 8:23 am #2187405I followed your instructions and changed my address to my work email and received confirmation of the change from BPL. I then then changed my address back to my personal email. I received a confirmation from BPL on my personal email.

Mar 30, 2015 at 5:38 pm #2187581I'll changed my email address to my work address. If you PM me and it arrives, that would indicate there is something odd with my home email or outlook. My work email is gmail.
Mar 30, 2015 at 6:02 pm #2187589When you say it's not in your junk mail box/folder, I'm assuming you mean on your computer. Have you signed in to Outlook.com to ensure it's not held up there in the junk mail box? That could prevent it from getting to your computer.

Okay, did you try logging in to your webmail through the Surewest site to see if it's on their servers?
