I jsut got off the trail for the first time after buying some Teva X-1 Pro Racer trail runners on sale for $60. These are easily the best trail shoes I have ever owned. It seems to have the perfect mix of all the thing I like about the other trail shoes I've had without the bad stuff. Good stiff heel cup similar to Innov8 Terroc 330, plenty of cushion underfoot and soft malleable uppers like my Nike Alvord IV's, super breathable and quick lacing like the Salamon Tech Amphibians. They are all incompariable though in the comfort after a long day on the trail. After making a bad decision to hike 30 miles my first day of a hike on thursday, my feet felt better than they did after at the end of the day than after 20 miles in the Nikes, and 15 miles in the Salamons or Innov8s. Even now after over 60 miles in 2.5 days, my feet feel surprisingly fine. The same can't be said about my knees :( Truly a magnificent shoe. I hope they hold up well or else Teva will be getting my money pretty frequently!

I don't see a x-1 "pro" racer on their site, just the x-1 racer.
From reading reviews of it's predecessor shoe, the soles did wear out fast.
