Saw it on the news today. Apparently that cool peninsula/cliff thing at the end of bear valley trail has collapsed. I've had many lunches there….Scary.

there was a fissure on the trail a week previous so they closed trail and put up signs. people ignored signs.
I was there a while ago but there were way too many people down there
