Has anyone ordered from these guys lately? They have 2015 model Arcteryx Alpha FL jackets which normally retail for $399 for only $275. I did a google search and people have had generally good experiences with them unless something needed to be returned (the company is in Spain).

I'm just concerned the jacket won't be authentic if they're willing to sell the newest model at over a 25% discount from retail. This appears to be no sale either, this has been the price for over a month.

I did but I was looking for a little more assurance from a community I trust. I think I'm going to place an order as the item I want shows as "in stock."

Most complaints seem to stem from needing to claim a warranty or an item being out of stock.

thanks.

When ever I order from a new company I usually order something small first. If I am out $10, then no big deal. But $275, then I am upset.

Order with a credit card, not debit, and call the number on the card if the seller flakes. Fraud protection these days is quite good.

I ordered some AT ski gear from their sister brand snowinn.com two years ago. I received what I ordered without any trouble. The price was much much lower than I would have paid domestically, however I did have to pay an import tax charged by customs. Even with that extra cost, it was still a good deal. If you need to do a return, I'm sure REI/MEC would be a better bet.
