I have an exped downmat 7 with integrated pump.
An integrated pump fails in deep cold because the elasticity is gone
Therefore exped sells a schnozzel pumpbag.
I found a good adapter for the inlet by using the conical stop of an ecover liquid dish soap bottle
I made a short demonstration video .

On a side note, I especially liked the ambient background audio in your video. You get up a lot earlier than I do.
To clarify…are you using the white bottle top inside the plastic bag so you can "screw" the plastic bag onto the red top?
If so, why not trim that significantly to save weight?

it is possible to trim but…
the cap is screwed onto the bottle with the trash bag between
the PE foil is reinforced there.
I need some force when screwing.
