I took some left over 1.0 cuben and made an envelope style stuff sack for my sleeping bag, made a roll top closure reinforced with thin hdpe strips to facilitate the rolling and air intake action and finally added a 1.5" length of clear vinyl tubing with an I.D. Of 5/8" to one of the bottom corners. The result is a 35.5g instaflator. It actually works! For now, the only thing holding the tubing is some nylon reinforced tape. Time will tell if this is enough. Using the envelope style bag leaves corners where the sleeping bag won't interfere with the tubing.

This was a very short and easy project! The roll top is really not necessary, a simple draw cord would be a few grams lighter and simpler.
