Well I have ordered a Bear Paws Tarp Tent LaGarita and decided to make a nest.
So just to start and experiment with Polycryo I made a bath tub floor.

Did some testing on small pieces and then when for it,
I wanted to laminate or sandwich a Mylar blanket into the layer for strength and heat reflection.
So I used double sided tape for the edges and spray adhesive for the middle, worked a treat and now all the layers are bonded together. So the floor center section is a layer of polycryo then mylar film then polycryo, nice and strong, and protects the aluminum surface :)

Corners are folded no cuts and used Duck Tape ultimate clear for the tie outs with nylon washers.

Used a little duck tape in the walls small pieces stiffens it up to help it stand.

In total weighs 176g or 6.2oz and is about 1.3m wide x 2.5m long and 2.5 inch walls.
Edges are double rolled, 2mm bungee cord for tie outs.

I used 303 Permanent craft adhesive acid free
it doesn't bond well, but in a laminate its more than enough to keep it all together, you can peel it apart. This is the only stuff that didnt react to the safety blanket.
