Hi All,
Looking to put together a loop, lollipop, or shuttled trip at the end of March somewhere in the area. Wondering if anyone’s put one together they’d be willing to share.

Not much real trail hiking to be found in the desirable areas. What level of difficulty are you looking for? The Hayduke is a well documented route; maybe sectioning that is a good option?
Looking for on and off trail travel. Nothing technical. 15-25 miles a day.
Just did the Colorado Trail in 19 days for reference and home territory is off trail in the Eastern Sierras.
Plotting out a route by topo map in canyon country is treacherous, as you really can’t tell where you might get cliffed out or boxed in. But you probably know this and it is why you’re asking.
A Hayduke section in the vicinity of Moab or the Grand Canyon might be your best bet. Would not be a loop, but shuttle options via rafting outfitters will be plentiful.
Since you live in eastern CA, why not consider a section of the Desert Trail? Or a loop through Mojave National Preserve?
Colin Fletcher route: Man Who Walked Through Time… or some variation
Grand Canyon should still be cool down inside late March… even some rain to fill pot holes… but 15 + miles a day could be hard to do… for a loop trip maybe hike up river and make arrangements for rafting company to bring you back down… or revers of that….
Down in the canyons would be a stretch to do 15 – 25 miles a day… generally, the ‘trails’ out there are not groomed like trails in CA… pretty rugged…
Did a 90 mile loop out of San Diego last year and had a blast. Just looking for something different this Spring break.
I like the idea of a section of the Hayduke. Thoughts on Section 14 from Hack Res. to Zion??
