Just had to post how great Big Agnes is when it comes to backing up their products. I have two Big Agnes Insulated Air Core pads and both are leaking. Even though one of the pad was purchased in 2009, when my repair did not solve the issue, the company is sending me two of their brand new Insulated Double Z pads to replace the two that aren't up to the quality they expect from their products. I LOVE my Slater UL3 tent for casual trips with my wife. Our Helinox Ground Chairs are great too. Thanks again to Big Agnes for the great customer service.
