Has anyone had any experience with women fitting in the men's jacket well? I'm a rather busty girl and am concerned about the chest not being accommodating. I've tried on the 1/2 sleeve down shirt in small and it was too tight. The pics on the website make it look like the women's jackets have higher chests than the men's. I want the men's version for the longer sleeves since I an also 6'.

I hate shopping for clothes,

I have a men's UL inner that I love. I bought a large though…so if you're busty then you may have to go up a size from your usual. I could have gotten away with a medium, but really like how easily it layers over anything and everything I could ever want to wear.

Couldn't you just measure your "chest" and match it to the men's sizing chart. The cut (larger waist) might make the jacket act as a bell on you…just a thought.

Thats what Im worried about. The mens chest measurement should be lower than the womens. So then the waist wouldnt be tight enough to keep the heat in.

Margaret, I have my jacket right here in front of me. It is basically cut straight up and down, so same width from armpits to bottom hem. I think it is also longer in the hem than an equivalent chest size women's version. I don't know if the women's is cut similarly, but in the web photos it appears to be striaght up and down as well….?
