Anybody interested in doing what backpacker.com calls the 2nd hardest day hike in America? http://www.backpacker.com/trips/wyoming/grand-teton-national-park/america-s-hardest-dayhikes/
I did the Pemi Loop as a 2 day hike last November and it about killed me (but it was still amazing). This year I thought I would up the ante and see if I could do it as a day hike.
Not looking to do any sort of speed racing – just a good ole endurance jog through the mountains starting around 5 am going until 8 or 9 pm.
I am thinking about September but I'm flexible on that.
If you're trying to get an idea of what you'd be getting into, here's a couple of shots to get you motivated!
