The shell of the new OR Highpoint Cap for Fall 2008 is 30 denier Pertex Endurance water resistant/breathable fabric; the lining is fleece. It has flip out earflaps with side magnetic attachments. And the brim folds up for easy storage in a jacket pocket. The weight is 2.3 ounces (size L). MSRP is $35.
We chose this skypiece not just for it’s easy to locate burnt orange/red color, but also for its light weight, breathable shell, and ease of layering with a liner or balaclava. Sizes M to XL. Available fall 2008.
