Outdoor Fabric Technologies provides hikers with a comprehensive understanding of fabric (textile) knowledge, focusing on how fabric structure and different fabric types impact the performance of outdoor apparel with respect to thermoregulation, heat, and moisture transport. Our technology webinars feature gear and skills information and education that’s comprehensive, science-(data)-backed, and objective, with the goal of providing backcountry users with the valuable context required to make good decisions about which gear to choose and how to use that gear effectively.
