Hey Marcus. The jacket was never used by me, so I can’t speak to the warmth. The Timmermade websites lists 3.4oz of fill weight and the loft seems to be slightly more than my Feathered Friends Eos jacket. As for the size, it’s a true size small. I purchased hoping to make it work (as I typically wear a men’s medium) but it was too short for me and too narrow across the shoulders. I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
