Brand new in box.  This is the latest version of the Therm-a-Rest Xtherm and has a 7.3 R Value.  Size Large.  Specs are below from REI website.  I got this as a warranty replacement but have decided to go a different route for the trips that I make.  Retails for $269.  Will Sell for $240 shipped.
