A good internet search usually shows any red flags, a background in law enforcement also helps. This one was very easy.

Doesn’t change the fraudulent activity at the address you wanted to ship the item to. When I question this and ask for more information from you, like your full name, you then decide you don’t want to buy something you had already(and without asking) sent me money that you knew is not what I asked for.
Serious red flags still stand mate. Never accused you of anything, just making sure others are aware of what occurred.
