Trace, the latter issue is a result of the Cloudflare infrastructure that’s being upgraded across the internet right now (see the sticky post in this forum), and we can’t control that. It’s intermittent and unpredictable. Hopefully will resolve in a few days when they finish up.
We are aware of and diagnosing the permission errors.
We bolted down security pretty hard in this update to protect public access to member profiles and info, and to deal with the massive increase in cyber/spam attacks since about 2016. Today we’re working on making sure that members who have legit accounts have access to their account/membership, and on Tuesday (because of the long weekend) we’ll start working through the “I don’t have permission to do this” requests. There are a few of these, and they are mostly related to file/image uploads – thanks for bringing this one to our attention. I’ll circle back here when it’s resolved!
