Prior to the change I was able to go the Forum/Gear and type in a sort of search for a previous entry.  I’d get many hits and go through each until I find the entry I was looking for.  I don’t seem to be able to do that anymore.

I’m simply looking for comments regarding the various tents offered by Big Sky International.  Several months back there was some great back and forth going on…….kind find it on this new BPL.

How do I locate old stuff now???  THANKS

At the end of the header bar , after gear deals, there is a magnifying glass . Click on that.

Many websites have unsophisticated and rudimentary search functions built in, providing mediocre search results at best. A better way to search in many cases is to use a search engine like Bing or Google. Simple open Bing and type “site:backpackinglight.com Big Sky International tent” into the search box, without any quotes. This will force Bing (or most other search engines) to restrict their search only to the website backpackinglight.com. You can refine your search by putting Big Sky International into quotes (exact phrase search), adding a year to the search terms, etc.

BTW, having suggested the search function here, I use Google…

I did that with the old software as I still do that now.

THANKS!  I never would have figured out what the magnifying glass was for.  Google also worked.
