    @darby

I’ll start by admitting that I’m no good at tech.

How do I include a photo in a post?

When I click on the photo icon, it asks the source . I mean usually that is like multiple choice or something in my experience. It’s just a pic I have in “photos” in my iPhone.

Im sure you younger guys can set me straight 😁

    please.

    thanks,

    Rich

I am am responding from my iPhone. Select the photo icon above, A window will open up and on the first bar on the right it is looking for a “source”.  Click on that and then select “photo library”.  You may have to turn your phone 90 degrees to get a better view of the selections.

click on the photo that you would like and select the size.  This photo is 400×400.   Best wishes.

I saw what you described but I saw no options. I will do as you suggest and I will try again.

    Thank You.

I just copied the image address from the image to the right, and then pasted it.  The image then appears.

Or, click on the rightmost ikon “insert/edit image”

A window appears.  Click on the camera ikon.

Then select a photo on your PC.  Then click “ok” and the image appears

(That would be a tick burrowing into my flesh)

Here’s how I do it from my phone.

Note that I turned the phone for steps 2–5 like Jon mentioned.

    NM,

Matt beat me to it.  It helps to turn your phone into landscape mode.

On my desktop and there is not photo icon in the bar. Attempts to upload file with the click button below description fails. Get error msg to upload either jpg or png, which I’ve done.

Interesting how the photo icon is on this page but not gear swap.
