I purchased a gallon of mostly Methanol at a paint store, much cheaper than anywhere else. I recall $4/gallon, but it was a while ago. That comes to 400/128 or around 3 cents per ounce. How large are the Heet containers at Walmart?
I’ll start a new thread, but I gave a talk on UL backpacking at the college last week and someone who learned about poly-cro window-sealing sheets as a UL ground sheet reported that our local Walmart has them for 1/2 price now (closing out the winter stuff).
$2 at my local walmart. I bought 4 of them as well.
