When I visit cities, this is more or less what I do. I don’t like going to museums, or the “must see” locations. I like to find interesting neighborhoods, and just walk the streets. Most of the time, I have no trouble finding good food or beer, but occasionally (now) I will check the phone. Likewise for the easiest way to get back (I’ve gotten lost more in cities than in the wild).
