Made from one-use aluminum baking tray, with “hospital bed” corners. Easy to form, no seams, no leaks. Surprisingly, does not melt. Use alone or with a burn-rate control tray like the TD Gram Cracker. 0.29 grams.

Requesting a series of photos showing construction from beginning to end. Inquiring minds want to know.

Sorry for the delay, had a #$%&^*!@ trial the last couple of days.

Cut a 1.5″ x 2.0″ rectangle from the aluminum sheet and draw four lines 1/4″ from the edges.Place an Esbit on the aluminum inside the lines and fold up the long edges.Fold up the ends.Pinch the courners.Fold the pinched corners across the ends.Voila! With this cheap and easy tray you’ll never have to clean crud off your nice Ti burner again, and it’s easier and faster to just toss the tray and make another when it gets too cruddy.

@madscot: Yes, a “gram cracker” or BGET tray can be made from aluminum. Soda can is a good source.
