However, I am slowing down now, and I will need to revise my strategies if I intend to do this again.
It was a mad house on the summit. The summit marmot was wandering around looking for handouts, and it had a crippled paw. Plus, it was thirsty because there was no snow to melt.
All of the hikers and climbers were trying to get cell phone service, and I don't think that any of the phones worked. In the past, it was usually about one in three that worked.

Despite the paw, he was getting around pretty good on three paws. He never put any weight on the right front paw. It must have been from poorly fitted boots.
