Sweeping the Garden : http://sweepingthegarden.wordpress.com/Nov 4, 2012 at 4:30 pm #1926375Gossamer Gear has a nice list of their trail ambassador blog sites along the right side of this page http://gossamergear.com/wp/
Nov 4, 2012 at 4:40 pm #1926377Well, I'm a BPL'er and a Gossamer Gear Trail Ambassador with a blog, so do I win a free set of cuben shelters or something?
Nov 4, 2012 at 8:58 pm #1926399I'm not a blogger, but here are some I regularly check:
Hiking in Finland (see above)
Jolly Green Giant (see above)
Section Hiker (Philip Werner) http://sectionhiker.com/
PMags http://www.pmags.com/
Hike Lighter (John Abela) http://hikelighter.com/
Southwest Ultralite Backpacking (Will & Janet Rietveld) http://southwestultralight.blogspot.com/Of these, SectionHiker is the only one that gets posts almost every day.
I also get Gossamer Gear's weekly newsletter and follow the links to the blog entries that interest me.

Nov 5, 2012 at 4:02 am #1926419I've got one
Nov 5, 2012 at 4:24 am #1926420I have one. Laughing Knees. I used to post regularly, but what with the disasters in 2011 and getting very sick at the end of that year, and then my site getting completely destroyed by a malicious hacker in January, it's taken a while getting things back up. I'm slowly, by hand, putting everything back up one-by-one (I've redone the entire site and rearranged things like categories and sections, so I can't just simply use the old files as is). I hope to get back to posting again regularly, soon. Have a look! (^J^)/"
Nov 5, 2012 at 7:29 am #1926439Alex,
Read some of your trip reports. Awesome, awesome and awesome. I've bookmark it!!
Nov 5, 2012 at 7:31 am #1926441Ken,
This is a great idea. I think we should push RJ to add a tab at the top of the page for member links.
Nov 5, 2012 at 1:54 pm #1926509Thanks Nick, yours looks good to, I think you will find the wordpress platform easy to use.
Nov 5, 2012 at 1:59 pm #1926513Cool. Lots of good stuff I hadn't seen…
Nov 5, 2012 at 2:44 pm #1926523Brendan, love those photos and looked like a cool trip around Arches. We just missed you in Coyote by a few days. Thanks.
Nov 5, 2012 at 3:03 pm #1926528Outsideways.com by Damien and Renee Tougas is really excellent.
Nov 5, 2012 at 3:56 pm #1926542It's a good start. Many I am familiar with. New ones too. I know there are more though.
@Nick. Maybe with the soon to be improved software we could.Nov 5, 2012 at 5:10 pm #1926555I have one, but I also write about much more than just getting out. I started a new job and haven't done much with it lately. I am also questioning the impact of the trip report as a genre–it is getting tired and clichéd in my opinion.
For what it's worth: Dispatches from Outside.
There's also Dondo's site. He's one of the few that I read regularly who challenges the conventions of the trip report: Dondo Outdoors.
Nov 5, 2012 at 7:07 pm #1926584Nice idea Ken, very nice.
I know you don't want to take the responsibility of missing anyone out, but would you consider editing your first post?
It would be great to have these as clickable links in the first post, perhaps with the members name, and then the link. I know the BPL software is slightly less than ideal for this, but maybe someone else smarter than me could set it up for you.
Cheers, Rod
Nov 5, 2012 at 8:15 pm #1926593Hey Rod. I was waiting for a bit of a list to accumulate. I'll alphabetize too of course.
Nov 6, 2012 at 2:11 pm #1926694My humble contribution:
Thanks, Andy.
