    This was an awesome trip report on a destination I'd love to visit. I don't know how I missed it the first time. Bailing must have been a painful decision, though clearly the right one at the time.

    Great summary!  I cannot manage enough time off to do the entire CWT — Heading NOBO, where would you suggest I terminate for a 9-11 day trek?  (or if there is a guidbook that addresses this, please point me in that direction).

    Kinlochewe and Ullapool are good endpoints for NOBO Cape Wrath section hikes, as both have conveniences and are on easy bus routes back to Inverness.

    Alex Roddie’s description of his 2015 NOBO hike is a great place to start researching.
