yes!! and bear in mind that for some people, peanuts are fatal! Annd, and, Wheat! so shame on those who bring nuts and bread on their hiking trips!! Be afraid, be very afraid! I can’t reveal my sources without risking being murdered by the peanut butter military industrial complex, but I also know that many, many people  die after ingesting granola bars. Oh sure, it might take several decades, but die they do!! Beware!
