Keep in mind that even during a "low" snow year, we're talking about feet and feet of snow at the higher elevations. A typical year at Snoqualmie Pass is 444". Even at half of that and including melt, there's going to be a lot of snow. There are snowpack reporting stations scattered around the Cascades and you can look up the actual amounts of snow at various locations. Search for that and it might be useful.
It definitely looks like it's going to be an early high country hiking season out here, that's for sure!
