The 2019 Itinerary Guide Book to review and select your trek will be mailed to you prior to your bid date.
You will be notified by mail to go online and register your crew(s) and get a password and given a date to login and bid on your top choices.
Looking over the previous out dated Itinerary Guide Book will give you SOME idea and some need time to digest all the pro and cons of various treks and what to look for when the current 2019 guide book arrives.
The tougher the trek the more likely you are to be successful in your bid, especially if you have (two) “sister crews” wanting to hike the same trek.
The tougher the trek the more training your crew will need to prepare for the rigors.
The Roster & Arrival Gateway allows the Reservation Contact or Lead Advisor to enter participant information, certifications, and important travel information. The Roster Gateway is accessible by email invitation link only. If you are a Reservation Contact or Lead Advisor look for an email from [email protected] in the January before your trek and you’ll find a link to access the Roster Gateway.
In January, Lead Advisors will submit itinerary preferences within the Gateway. 12-day crews will receive itinerary assignments immediately.
