Just a comment about the the Pentax WP readers review, the second entry starts with ” I purchased the non waterproof version… (S5i)”
There is very little in common between the two models, the WP is a made by Sanyo using the Minolta folded optics design, the S5i is assembled by Pentax with Casio and Sony parts and a Pentax lens.This is a common misconception that because two products are sold under the same brand are the same or similar.

Thanks for the headsup. After further review, we’ve concluded that the form, function, and optics of the two cameras are indeed vastly different. The S5i review has been deleted from the Optio WP section.
