SOLD. This was acquired from two separate BPL members. I’ve used the system for about 8 nights. The tarp had no alterations when I got it.  The tub had carbon fiber posts taped into the corners to hold it upright and also 4 velcro spots.  I didn’t like either.  I took the posts out and solved the problem another way (described below) but left the velcro on as I didn’t want to peel back the DCF.  There is some sticky residue and a bit of tape left at the corners from the posts.

This kit still has a lot of miles left in it for someone who is looking for a comprehensive UL kit which has been modified to get the most coverage and area at the absolute lightest weight possible.  I’ve done a LOT of work and put a lot of money into this package to get the most out of it.

For the Hexamid Tarp at 5.7oz:

–I’ve replaced the guy out lines with Zpacks 1.2mm Orange Z-Line.

–I’ve added 2 stick on mitten hooks to the inside to hold a variety of bivys (I use a Borah).  My placement was off at the foot so there is an extra 3rd mitten hook that can either be left or cut off, or used.

For the Bathtub Floor at 4.6oz:

–I’ve added a stick on Zpacks Metal Flat Hook with a stick on Zpacks Flat Loop to both ends of the floor.  This tightens up the tub so that the walls stay upright. (I’ve seen others add many more stick on loops and lines to hold it up but I believe this is a much better/lighter fix). You can unhook these to extend the bathtub to its full width when you cowboy camp.

–I added the Groundsheet Attachment Kit to the floor at the 4 corners plus the back wall middle stake.  This keeps the tub walls upright and under the tarp so no water drips down and in.

The tarp has a stuff sack (I’ll include but don’t use it to preserve the integrity of the DCF) and the Tub didn’t come with a stuff sack.

Feel free to message me for more pictures.  I’ve got lots but have never known how to add here.
