Like new, used on two separate overnights (one was in a hammock).  Warm & very comfortable, especially for side sleepers (and consistently rated among the best sleeping pads on the PCT, according to Halfway Anywhere gear surveys.)  The pad has been kept clean and stored carefully/loosely in gear closet.
