I am the second owner, tent has been used on only 3 short trips over the last 1-2 years. The first owner removed one of the magnetic door latches to use a toggle to keep it open, I replaced that and put back on the magnets.

Excellent condition, floor, roof and front mesh door are wear free, no holes. I put two quarter size tenacious tape pieces on some wear around the perimeter mesh. Also replaced the guy lines with longer ones, will include the originals. Will come with a perfect size matching polycro groundsheet.
