Tent is in very nice condition, without signs of excessive wear. Only used it once a year for five years when I’d take my daughter backpacking. (She’s a teenager now and won’t sleep in a tent with her old man anymore!) It’s a good tent — light enough for the price, some serious room, and storm worthy. Seam sealed.
