Seek Outside Divide 4500 External Frame (2017 XPac version)

I picked this pack up at my local used gear shop. I think it was made around 2017 based on information online. The body is made from white Xpac material. It has the external aluminum frame and adjustable shoulder straps/hip belt.
Condition: Good overall condition, 8/10, with some discoloration on the bottom where the external frame touches the fabric (black discoloration line), on the top front, and near the top of the shoulder straps (some brownish and black lines). I didn’t notice any holes or major signs of wear. See photos for the best idea of the condition.
As configured, the top of shoulder straps to bottom of hip belt measures 23”.
Hip belt stretches from 32” up to 44”

How small can the hipbelt go? Would you guess it’s an xl based on how large it can get?
I just measured the hip belt again. The minimum measurement is 32”. So, probably a large size hip belt. Let me know if you have any other questions!
