I completely happy with these shelters, but I’m planning a AK ski trip with extended base camp time, so I just bought a Ultamid 2 for the greater weather protection and space. Both shelters are in great shape and well cared for.
HMG 8×10’ flat tarp-SOLD!
I got it brand new last year; I’ve used it four nights. It will come without pegs or poles, but will include all the guy lines supplied by HMG, and the original bag. No damage or even much signs of use. They are currently $292+shipping on sale on the HMG site. How about $250 shipped conus.
SOLD! MLD Duomid, Pear Green DCF SOLD!
I got this here on the forum last summer. The previous owner stated about 20-25 days on it, I’ve used it another 10 perhaps? I really like this one, and debated at great length whether to part with it. For solo trips I really like the orientation of the door, great for gazing at your chosen panorama while you cook and lounge, then zip up sleep. Casual and awesome. I’m not as familiar with the MLD products, but I believe the pear green fabric is the thicker DCF they offer. It also has bug netting sewn around the base. An important upgrade in my opinion, and easy to remove if you disagree. I know they increased the size a couple of years ago, I’ll measure when I get a chance; I’m not certain of it’s age. It’s in good shape though, and I’ll probably miss the slightly smaller footprint when I’m soloing with the Ultamid 2 in the future. It will come without pegs or poles, but include a decent amount of guylines, two MLD pole jacks, and the original stuff sack. $320 shipped conus.
I’m located in Leavenworth WA if you happen to be local. I rarely make it to the west side, so probably easier to just ship if you live in Seattle area. Paypal(f&F or you cover fees) or venmo is best.
I’ll get pictures up in a day or two if anyone needs em, the tarp is nearly new condition, the Duomid is in fine shape.
