The tent is about 12 years old. It was my first solo shelter when I started lightening up my gear. It has been in my storage box for 8-10 years. The nest is like new. The seams appear to be in great shape but I did not test for water proofing. I never seam sealed it but it was perfectly water tight when I was using it.
