The tent is in great condition, no issues, damage or problems.  Only used for less that 10 nights.

I had the shock cord in the tent poles replaced with some stronger shock cord to add longevity (professional installed by Rainy Pass Repair company).  Comes with six original DAC stakes and poles splint.

I purchased the tent brand new $600 and the footprint brand new was $75 for a $675 investment.
