This is 100% a SCAM. They stole this photo and the description word for word from another old listing. They want you to only pay Paypal Friends and Family. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY
Just stopping by to say that it’s a really bad idea to buy anything using Friends & Family unless the other party is a friend or family. That applies here on BPL or anywhere else online.
As a buyer I have no problem covering the 3.5%(?) on a sale to get the protection of Goods and Services. If the seller still insisted on F&F I would walk away from the deal. YMMV / Just my $.02
If this a scam maybe the list ling should be removed and seller flagged and banned
