A few years ago, when I bought my X-Mid, I went on two short hikes, totaling 5 nights. I haven’t used it for the past 3 years, so I decided to sell it. It has never been exposed to rain, wind, or rocky ground, and the floor was protected by a polycryo ground sheet.  It’s in exactly the same condition as when it was delivered.

It includes the ground sheet and titanium stakes.
