My mum (67) decided she wants to give bivy a go, dreams of falling asleep looking at the stars and her birthday is coming up soon.

Weight is not the main concern, lets say under 1kg. This not going to be her main shelter, mostly something for a quick overnight when the sky is clear. Fully waterproof is not essential, but she is keen on extra warmth, so I suppose the heavier fabrics like goretex or event will do better than very light pertex or silnylon. Happy to consider any sensible option though. Old is ok but good condition a must. Budget is ~$100 + shipping.
