Ultra 100X Staining?

Is there anything inherent with this fabric that lends itself to staining? Have pack with a decent amount of use and it seems to retains stains from what I don’t know? Tried cleaning it in a tub with a mild detergent and it didn’t make a dent. Not a big deal but I assumed the material would be pretty resistant to absorbing anything. https://postimg.cc/gallery/1nsqkqv
