Does anyone here use a Western Mountaineering Kodiak 0 degree 6’6 long bag? How are you packing it in your backpack? What type and what size liter compression sack do you find works well for this bag? I use a REI Flash 55 pack as well as a HMG SW 55 pack if that context matters?

    Thank you

I think many here just stuff their bag/quilt into the bottom of a pack liner without a bag.

Yea, I do exactly this with my 20 degree quilt but wasn’t sure what to do with something more voluminous like my WM Kodiak. Weighing the tradeoff of packing loosely inside lined pack but losing space or using a compression sack..
