Okay, no matter what I do, I cannot post a photo. Anyway,it doesn’t look appetizing, but I was trying out new recipes and Rei’s chocolate coconut granola recipe is delish! If you’re a formerly (or current?) Cocoa Puffs aficionado, you’ll love it. Slightly healthier, homemade, but still turns the milk brown!
1 C oats, 1 C coconut, 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 1/4 C cocoa powder, 1/4 C maple syrup, 3T coconut oil, pinch salt. Mix it all well, bake 20 minutes at 300F. Add dried strawberries or raspberries for multiple colors in your milk.
